Summary

ONergy is a renewable energy venture located in Kolkata and sells lighting solutions to the Indian BoP customer in off-grid West Bengal. Together with three other students from other masters we did product, market and user research. The project resulted in the design of a toolbox to guide ONergy in their process of evaluating products, do user research and improve strategic thinking related to the introduction of new products
